Our training is delivered via live Classroom Training and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (we also over online on-demand training that you go through at your own pace — click here to learn more).
Classroom Training is delivered at host facilities, which enable student interaction with class sizes of 20 to 40 students.
Virtual Instructor-Led Training is a live, interactive virtual classroom delivered right to your computer via the Internet at scheduled class times.
All of our live training programs are led by expert and experienced instructors who have been certified in Vistelar’s conflict management curriculum and who use our proprietary Emotionally-Safe Performance Driven Instruction.™ This unique approach improves retention of the course material and, more importantly, ensures students can actually perform the learned skills in the midst of stress (fire drills versus fire talks). Our training emphasizes student interaction, scenario-based skill practice (using a proprietary video recording/review technology), memorable stories (“peace stories”) and analysis of real-life events captured on video.
