Bill Singleton, a consultant for Vistelar, was honored this past Monday at a ceremony at the White House and was recognized as a “Champion for Change” by Vice President Joe Biden. He was part of a group of 7 pairs of individuals to receive the honor described by the White House as individuals, “who are building bridges between youth and law enforcement, while improving public safety.”
